Abstract: When you wake up in the morning, how do you feel about going to work? You might feel energized and excited, you might feel sad and despondent, or you may lie somewhere in between. No matter how you answered it is important to learn ways to identify signs of compassion fatigue and tools to help prevent burn out. These tools will help with overall work quality, productivity, and work/life balance.
