Webinar: Practicing Healthy Detachment as a Form of Selfcare – May 20
Posted by Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation on May 19, 2020
We may not be able to connect in person, but we can still support you in taking care of yourself as you navigate through the demands and anxiety of this time. We cap off our self-care series led by Helanah Warren by focusing on how to practice healthy detachment as a form of self-care. Detachment is a new tool for some and a familiar mindful practice for others. It’s not so much about moving out of the driver’s seat and into the passenger’s seat, but rather becoming a thoughtful observer of yourself and those around you. Join Helanah as you learn how this practice may be useful for you in your creative pursuits and your personal journey.
