WEBINAR: Leading Out of the Overflow: Why Self Care Matters
Posted by Eastern University on March 19, 2018
Thursday, April 19, 2018; 7:00 – 8:00 pm (EST)
As leaders there are constant demands for our attention and we often neglect the one thing we actually have the most control over – ourselves! In order to be a sustainable leader, we must take care of ourselves. When we practice regular self-care we are able to bring our healthiest, most whole self to our roles. In this webinar, learn what self-care really means and how to integrate it into your life.
Our presenter, Abby Buter, is the Founder and Owner of Abby Buter Coaching, an organization that exists to help individuals and organizations know who they are so that they can thrive and live into who they were created to be. She specializes in self-care and the personality typing tool, the Enneagram. Abby is a proud alum of the MA in Urban Studies program at Eastern University and currently lives in Nashville, TN. Kimberlee Johnson, Director of Urban Studies at Eastern University, will be the discussion facilitator.
