Webinar: How Schools Can Use Data, Science, and Evidence to Chart a Path Forward During the Pandemic – Aug 27
Posted by National College Attainment Network on August 25, 2020
Analytic projections and experts all agree that COVID-19 will continue to have an impact on our lives into 2021 and beyond. This new reality is changing the way individuals make decisions and plan for the future – education is no exception.
Schools are struggling to determine how to best care for and teach their students. Teachers and administrators will be tasked with ensuring students who are at-promise, underserved, and underrepresented do not fall behind, are supported, and are provided an equitable opportunity to continue their education. While school districts will have their own challenges moving forward, they can all make the most of data, science, and evidence-based practices that provide a roadmap for identifying effective solutions.
This interactive session will provide a framework for how to effectively use data to improve individual and group decision-making. Attendees will learn how to identify solutions and how data and technology can be used to provide guidance and improve student, organization, and community outcomes.
