Webinar: Free Community Digital Inclusion Resource Training – May 18 or Jun 1 or 6
Posted by Technology Learning Collaborative on May 17, 2022
Join the Technology Learning Collaborative for an overview and discussion of digital inclusion resources. Ever wonder what you can do to help community members gain access to the internet, a computer or other device, and the skills necessary to effectively use those resources? This training is designed to answer those questions.
Register for ONE of the following webinars. The same topics will be covered in each one, so there is no need to attend multiple sessions:
- Wednesday, May 18 at 2pm
- Wednesday June 1 at 10am
- Monday June 6 at 1pm
Topics include: definitions of digital equity and digital inclusion, facts about the digital divide in Philadelphia, free or low-cost internet options, and information about the Digital Navigators program. The training is focused on practical resources that you can use in your work and information on where you and the community members you work with can obtain additional support with digital inclusion.
