Webinar: Don’t Eat the Students: Wellness, Belonging, and Burnout Recovery for the People Who Serve Students – Jan 20
Posted by PA EmpowerU on December 23, 2025
Join the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) along with Dr. Kyle Morris-Sol, Founder of the ECO Foundation (Education Cultural Opportunities Foundation), who will share a new vocabulary and metaphor, “Don’t Eat the Students” that helps normalize and address burnout, misdirected, frustration and institutional fatigue.
Gain tools to assess emotional climate in classrooms, offices, and teams – identifying when stress is being transferred rather than transformed.
Leave with 3-5 concrete wellness-informed practices (e.g., reflective questions, movement-based resets, joyful rituals) that can be applied in classrooms, team meetings, or trainings.
Date and Time: Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
