    The PMHCC Best Practices Institute (BPI) is currently recruiting for a Web Communications Project Associate to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, support, marketing and development of two web sites operated by the Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS). This individual should be creative and have excellent oral and written communication skills, in addition to advanced computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of web-based technologies.
