We Are Rebuilding: The National Black Teacher Pipeline 2024 Progress Report

As we continue to build on the foundation we’ve laid, we are deeply grateful for the milestones we’ve reached and the lives we’ve touched.
This past December, we released our 2024 Progress Report, which highlights the impact we’ve had across various programs, pathways, and policy initiatives. Through the Center’s Teaching Academy, Freedom Schools Literacy Academy, Black Teacher Pipeline Fellowship, Black Men in Education Convening, and our professional development offerings, we’ve reached over 12,000 educators across 25+ cities and 4 countries.
