The National Council for Science and the Environment invites you to participate in a unique conference to develop science-based strategies for achieving water sustainability. The conference brings together a diverse group of stakeholders-both specialists and non-specialists in water resources-united by their common concern over issues of water sustainability. The opening keynote address will be delivered by WILLIAM K. REILLY, who will draw upon his experience as President and CEO of Aqua International Partners, Chairman of the World Wildlife Fund, and Former Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
