Please join us with friends on September 28, 2019, 5:30-8:30 PM, Camden Fireworks, 1813 South Broadway in Camden for a culinary extravaganza with delicious foods prepared by noted local Chefs, drink from local brew houses and learn about ways to reduce food waste, support sustainable growing and soil regeneration.
6 to 8:30 p.m. “Scrap Apps’’ tastings and #WasteNot conversation
Come at 5:30 for tours of the CFET gardens & orchard
Live music by The Quixote Project
Attention Foodies: Eating local means not throwing away food. Join Chef Todd Fuller of The Farm & Fisherman Tavern with chefs from Square Meal, Food Bank of South Jersey, Cathedral Kitchen, Hungry Harvest & other organizations in a “Scrap Apps’’ tasting. Share ideas to reduce food waste & support sustainable growing & cooking & soil regeneration. Tour Center for Environmental Transformation’s urban gardens & orchard. Enjoy beer brewed exclusively for the event by Tonewood Brewing Company, coffee by Revolution Coffee Roasters, live music & tours of FireWorks gallery.
