Habitat’s Build Department directly improves the living conditions of low-income families by creating safe, healthy, affordable dwellings through the construction of new multi- and single-unit new housing, whole house rehab projects, and owner-occupied home repair work.
Position Objective
Reporting to the Build Operations Manager the Warehouse and Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing the physical assets used by the Build team to perform home construction and repair work. Responsibilities include warehouse organization, tool upkeep, vehicles maintenance, vendor coordination, and supply procurement. The Warehouse and Supply coordinator will also be called upon to respond to a limited number of warranty claims on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with hands-on experience in residential construction, facilities management, or maintenance.
