Voter Rights and Voter Registration Training – Sep 29
Posted by Project HOME on September 27, 2022
The voter registration deadline in PA for the November election is around the corner on October 24th! This election is very important, and we want to make sure that our community is able to make their voices heard.
We will be offering a Voter Rights and Voter Registration training on Thursday, September 29, 3:30-5pm on Microsoft Teams. This training is designed for those who want to assist people experiencing homelessness or living in affordable housing, shelters, and recovery programs in Philadelphia to register to vote. Feel free to pass this invitation to other staff, interns, and volunteers. We will address common myths and barriers to voting especially for people experiencing homelessness, people with a history of incarceration and people with disabilities. We will also cover the nuts and bolts of registration. Please join us and support our community to get registered and make their voice heard at the polls! See the Teams link below.
Also anyone click here to register to vote by October 24.
