VOTE: Human Rights in Action, Conference Recordings & Lessons for K-12
Posted by Kean University on October 13, 2020
The Human Rights Institute at Kean University has launched its 13th Annual Human Rights Conference, VOTE: Human Rights in Action. The link to the recordings is here: https://www.kean.edu/offices/human-rights-institute/international-human-rights-conference.
Each piece is available as a stand-alone, so that they can be used as in-class lessons or take-home assignments. A list of discussion questions has been created to supplement the recordings, along with some educator resources to assist in creating lesson plans for students K-8 and 9-12.
Please share this with any and all of your peers, as well as on your social media channels, as we work to advance democracy and civic engagement, particularly in the lead-up to the upcoming election.
