Vote for Home! Coalition offers voter registration trainings
Local primary elections will be held in the Greater Philadelphia area will take place on Tuesday, May 17th, and the deadline for voter registration is April 18th. The Vote for Homes! Coalition is committed to ensuring that all members of the community, including the homeless, are registered to vote, and is recruiting volunteers to help it in the effort.
Voter Registration Trainings, which will help participations learn how to register voters and about voting rights for people who are homeless, in recovery, living with disabilities, or ex-offender, will be held on Wednesday, March 23rd from 5:30-7:30 pm at 1515 Fairmount Ave. in Philadelphia. Snacks are provided.
