Volunteers Needed: Free Family Digital Literacy Clinic – May 11

Volunteers are needed for a free family IT/Cybersecurity clinic during Remake Learning Week, May, 11, 2024, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
At the free IT/Clinic families will choose a refurbished computer and parts. We will then open the computer, take the computer apart and put back together. We will then test the computer to make sure that it is running correctly. Before installing a free trial of antivirus protection that the families will have to pay for once the trail is over.
We will then help families set up age appropiate Roblox accounts and share resource for free open source platforms that expose video game development, IT and Cybersecurity certifications.
Pa criminal and child abuse clearance are required to volunteer.
