STUDENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR

The City of Philadelphia Employer Informational Career Expo & City Wide Services Fair

When:        Tuesday, July 30, 2013
Time:        10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Where:     Philadelphia Convention Center (Broad Street Entrance)
400 Level Terrace Ballroom.

Lunch will be served to all VOLUNTEERS
The Career Expo is free and open to the public.

Please R.S.V.P no later than July 19, 2013.

Because we are expecting about 2000 or more attendees at this event, we would need the college students to help us with tasks such as registration, monitoring workshop activities, helping clients in our cyber-cafe, greeting guests and attendees, etc.

The event begins at 9:30, but we are asking all volunteers to be on site by 8:30 and to be prepared to be there until 3:30 -4:00 (there will be a volunteer orientation a few days before 7/30).
