volunteers needed, book levelling

Volunteers need for book leveling
Several Philadelphia elementary schools have books that can be used in the classrooms once the reading levels are determined.
It’s simple to do. Using a designated website, volunteers enter the book’s title and the corresponding reading level will be calculated.
Establishing reading levels is important to developing overall literacy skills. Students tend to be discouraged if a book is too easy or difficult.
Volunteers should bring their own portable computers/laptops. Help with book leveling is needed from 9am to 3pm weekdays.
