Workshop participants will learn methods to:
* Expand organization efficiency through the use of volunteers
* Identify recruitment target groups
* Develop a reasonable recruitment strategy
* Design an effective recruitment advertisement
* Discontinue unsuccessful practices
* Support long term volunteerism
