Our program will connect to broader citywide goals and efforts by exposing at-risk participants to vital skills required for them to become leaders and civil citizens through service learning and career development.
This project will be maximized by seeking to identify and host weekly, professionals willing to share their experiences, and identify solid framework, awareness, and creativity which will guide participants in pursuing education, and career choices, thus becoming effective citizens and professionals in the 21st century.
BOOST CDC is looking for interns to support in this effort by providing creative activities with the youth around health and wellness, stem, and other professions.
