Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Season Kick-Off

Join PHENND and its many partners in Delaware County for our Kick-Off Celebration for the 2005 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Season.

7th & Sproul Streets in Chester, PA
Last year, volunteers – primarily students from Widener, Swarthmore, Neumann College, and Villanova – completed hundreds of returns for low-income families in Delaware County. Bryn Mawr students completed returns in Montgomery County. In total, student volunteers brought over $500,000 in refunds to the two counties.
This year, we will kick-off an expanded effort as part of the YWCA of Chester’s Second Annual Health and Happiness Fair. To read more about the fair, visit http://www.ywcaofchester.org/.
