Our Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator creates and implements strategies to secure financial resources for the Philadelphia Youth Football Academy, including organizing events, managing donor relationships, and recruiting volunteers. She/he researches funding opportunities, maintains donor records, and often collaborates with marketing teams to promote campaigns. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns, such as charity auctions, direct mail, and virtual events.
• Donor Relations: Cultivate, maintain, and steward relationships with donors and corporate sponsors to increase revenue.
• Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for fundraising activities, including venue selection, catering, and volunteer management.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for fundraising tasks.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain donor databases, track donations, prepare reports on campaign success, and manage budgets.
• Promotion: Collaborate on marketing materials and social media outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or event planning.
