Volunteer to help the Free Tax Preparation Program in Delaware County, PA

Would you like to help put more money in the local economy by helping low-income taxpayers? Each year, Americans spend millions of dollars on tax preparation and even more is lost in unclaimed credits. Help us offer a free alternative! Become a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteer.

In 2010, we’re expecting to help hundreds of taxpayers claim the tax refunds and credits that many of these families need in order to become financially self-sufficient.

We need volunteers to greet participants, prepare taxes and educate taxpayers about all the help available to them from our many partner agencies.

No experience is necessary. We will train you for free!
