Logan group seeks monitors for tech center
The Logan Community Development Corporation is in need of volunteers to help monitor the Carlton Simmons Community Technology Center, which provides Logan residents with free access to computers, the Internet, and computer training.
The center is located at 4542 N. 11th Street, near the intersection of 11th and Courtland.
Monitoring the Technology Center entails greeting visitors at the door, ensuring that visitors adhere to the center’s rules, and providing visitors with computer assistance.
Schedules for volunteer Technology Center Monitors are open and flexible. If you have general experience using computers and are willing to volunteer, call 215-457-3014 or e-mail [email protected].
