Volunteer and Parish Relations Manager
Episcopal Community Services (ECS) a Philadelphia non-profit social services agency with an annual budget of $9 million is seeking a Volunteer and Parish Relations Manager to manage and implement all aspects of the agency’s volunteer and parish programs. Responsibilities include: volunteer management, recruitment, and placement; coordination of annual volunteer projects and events; management of ECS Speakers Bureau and Parish Relations Committee; and maintenance of the volunteer and parish portion of the website. Reports to the Associate Director of Development for Individual Giving. Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Min. 3 years working with volunteers and/or parish groups. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of development and fundraising software a plus. Knowledge of the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of Pennsylvania and computer competency required. Must have a valid driver’s license and car, and be willing to work some weekends, including Sundays.
