This interactive workshop is designed to equip social sector leaders with the skills and understanding necessary to lead effectively in a cross-generational workplace. Participants will explore strategies to bridge generational gaps and foster a thriving and inclusive workplace.

- Develop and Utilize Effective Communication Across Generations
- Understand and Apply Ethical and Empowered Decision Making
