Virtual Symposium: The Future of Anti-Racist Community Engagement – May 21
Posted by Campus Compact on May 7, 2024
Don’t miss out on our upcoming virtual symposium, “The Future of Anti-Racist Community Engagement,” hosted by the Campus Compact Equity & Engagement Fellows. As advocates for social justice and equity, we’re thrilled to bring together leaders in the field on Tuesday, May 21, from 12 to 3 p.m. ET.
Be prepared for engaging discussions and insights, including a keynote address from Dr. Timothy Eatman, Dean of the Honors Living-Learning Community at Rutgers University-Newark. Joined by scholars and practitioners, we’ll delve into strategies for promoting anti-racist community engagement, drawing inspiration from “Anti-Racist Community Engagement: Principles and Practices.”
Who should attend? This event is free and open to members and non-members. Whether you’re a seasoned advocate for social change or just beginning your journey towards anti-racism, this symposium offers a space for learning, reflection, and collective action. We invite you to join us as we continue to imagine actions towards a more just and equitable society.
