Virtual Lunch & Learn: Exploring Equitable Community–Campus Relationships – Jul 15
Posted by LEAD California on July 14, 2026
LEAD California is hosting a Lunch ‘n Learn series this year, starting with Dr. Suchi Gururaj about her co-edited book on Equitable Campus-Community Partnerships.
Dr. Gururaj will begin by sharing insights from her co-edited book Exploring Equitable Community–Campus Relationships. Her book focuses on relationship-building as a pathway to meaningful community engagement, and the contributors reflect on successes, obstacles, and moments of vulnerability, describing how relationships were initiated and lessons learned to ensure equitable values were centered and upheld. Thereafter we will have a robust question and answer session.
Event is free to members of the Alliance for Campus and Community Engagement organizations and $50 for nonmembers.
Register by July 14.
Date and Time: Wednesday, July 15, 3 PM – 4 PM
