Virtual Event: Making Every Voucher Count: Strengthening the Housing Choice Voucher Program – Nov 10
Posted by Bipartisan Policy Center on November 4, 2025
The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program helps more than 2 million low-income households affordably rent homes in the private market. Despite the significant benefits that vouchers provide, rising housing costs, administrative hurdles, lengthy waiting lists, and a lack of voucher utilization limit the HCV program’s impact.
On November 10 from 2 to 3 p.m. ET, the Bipartisan Policy Center will host a virtual event, featuring a presentation of findings from a new study by the RAND Corporation and the Terner Center for Housing Innovation and a discussion on challenges facing the program and opportunities to improve it.
