Increase your content knowledge and explore new ways to teach students about the ancient world through professional development at the Penn Museum. All professional development opportunities offer Act 48 credits to participating teachers.
This session will offer tools for teachers interested in facilitating student interaction with objects focusing on language and writing. Starting in the Penn Museum’s Roman Gallery, we will consider the broader history of different languages and writing practices evident in the diverse cultures represented at the museum.
