VIP Virtual Pro Bono Legal Counsel and Advice
Posted by Philadelphia VIP on May 12, 2020
In place of VIP’s in-person clinic events, small businesses and nonprofits can receive pro bono legal counsel and advice from an attorney during a 1-hour virtual consultation. Clients with questions about transactional matters such as commercial leases, contracts, employment policies, as well as specific questions about COVID-19 relief funding and legislation are encouraged to apply. We are relaxing some of our income eligibility requirements with the understanding that many businesses have lost significant revenue since March 16th.
Here are the registration links for interested applicants:

Nonprofits – https://www.phillyvip.org/get-legal-help/virtual-legal-consultations-nonprofits/
We are accepting applications on a rolling basis with no end date scheduled at this time. Clients will coordinate a time to meet with their attorney over the phone or through a video conferencing service. After the initial conversation, eligible clients may be able to receive continued legal representation to resolve their matter.
Please contact Evy Cruz, Nonprofit & Small Business Coordinator at [email protected] with any questions.
