The 2026 Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities (CUMU) Anchor Action Summit brought together leaders from higher education, community organizing, and industry to explore how urban and metropolitan campuses can strengthen their role as anchors of local workforce development. Across two days, speakers emphasized the importance of strong cross-sector collaboration, and creating intentional pathways from education to career readiness. Video recordings from the Summit are now available for those who were unable to attend or would like to revisit key sessions and conversations.
