Vice President of Government & Institutional Giving, Project HOME

Project HOME is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Vice President of Government and Institutional Giving who is responsible for procuring, managing, and reporting on a portfolio of foundation and government grants toward a goal of $5M annually. The position’s core focus is to identify and expand government support for Project HOME’s services. This role builds organizational capacity by identifying and cultivating both capital and operating grants and provides leadership within the development department.

- Location: 1515 Fairmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131 (Christopher J. Seward Residence)
- Hybrid: Eligible for 1 remote days after 90 days of employment, based on business needs
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with some evenings and weekends for donor events (about twice a month).
- Local Travel: Traveling to different donors – occasionally outside of town – no more than 6 or 7 miles.
- Salary: $140,225 annually
