    The Philadelphia Youth Network is seeking a Vice President of Finance with 5-10 years experience, with solid experience in nonprofit accounting and at least 3 years in management capacity.  Adept in GAAP for nonprofit agencies and OMB Circulars A-133, A-122, 2 CFR Part 215 (A-110), etc. CPA required.
