About Us
Global Citizen is non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting community volunteering and sustained civic engagement among diverse groups, including young people. We bring together people of all ages and backgrounds to build diverse partnerships through serving others.

Global Citizen runs the annual Greater Philadelphia Martin Luther King Day of Service, the largest King Day event in the nation, and MLK365, an ongoing program, which promotes year-round volunteer service. We provide technical training to organizations interested in hosting projects and work with community groups and businesses to develop ongoing volunteer programs.

Description
Reports to President. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Global Citizen, which includes the planning and delivery of all initiatives. Manage a staff of 3-5 employees, develop program budgets, monthly events, marketing materials and technology. Work as a liaison between Global Citizen President and staff to support the growth and development of existing programs and projects. Ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and willing to work hands-on in developing and executing a variety of programs, ranging from the day-to-day to strategic planning.
