Frankford hosts Veteran’s Day of Service
The Travis Manion Foundation, the PhillyRising Collaborative and the Frankford Community Development Corporation are sponsoring a Day of Service on Saturday, November 8th, in recognition of Veteran’s Day.
The project will take place from 10am to 2pm and be based at St. Mark’s Church, 4442 Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia. Volunteers will be cleaning the Frankford commercial corridor from 4200-5200 Frankford Avenue, as well as surrounding neighborhoods.
