Please join us for an important and timely conversation on pretrial justice in Montgomery County.
This convening will bring together legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders to reflect on recent progress and ongoing efforts to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the pretrial system—both locally and across Pennsylvania. The program will feature the first public presentation of a new report on Pretrial Release and Bail-Setting Practices in Montgomery County, produced by the Vera Institute of Justice in collaboration with the Reuniting Family Bail Fund.
Following the presentation, we will host a thoughtful discussion with local legal leaders and advocates focused on opportunities for reform and collaboration.
