Summer Instructional Coach, Dean of Faculty, and Dean of Students
Breakthrough Philadelphia is looking for outstanding teachers to serve as an Instructional Coach for our award-winning nine-week summer teaching residency. Primary qualifications include at least three years of classroom teaching experience with an emphasis in Middle Years or Secondary Education. Opportunities are available for Science, Math, Literature, and Writing educators. Breakthrough also has opportunities for individuals with additional coaching and leadership experience and training to serve as Dean of Faculty (DOF) and individuals with fewer years in the classroom to serve as Dean of Students (DOS).
