Assistant Director of Data & Compliance
The Assistant Director of Data & Compliance is responsible for the development and implementation of data management, reporting, recruiting, and compliance systems. Directly reporting to the PowerCorpsPHL Director, the Assistant Director of Data & Compliance will lead a team of 1 staff focused on data and file management and 1 AmeriCorps VISTA focused on communications. The Assistant Director of Data & Compliance will work closely with department leadership and all staff, to ensure the PowerCorpsPHL program model is carried out with consistency and fidelity.

Assistant Director of Professional Development
The Assistant Director of Professional Development is responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of the system that prepares corps members and supports alumni to succeed in their next steps after PowerCorpsPHL. Directly reporting to the PowerCorpsPHL Director, the Assistant Director of Professional Development will lead a team of 6-8 staff focused on providing the content and experiences needed to reduce barriers to employment. The Assistant Director of Professional Development will work closely with department leadership and all staff, to ensure the PowerCorpsPHL program model is carried out with consistency and fidelity.

The Assistant Director of Programming is responsible for the oversight of PowerCorpsPHL’s AmeriCorps crews’ performance and success. Career Services Manager
The Career Services Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the system that prepares corps members and alumni for success and advancement in employment, post-secondary education, and national service. The Career Services Manager will support a cohort of corps members from enrollment through 6 months post-service term and serve as the lead coordinator of next steps opportunities and alumni support. The Career Services Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Professional Development.

Crew Leader
The PowerCorpsPHL Crew Leader is responsible for the daily leadership, direction, support and supervision of approximately ten AmeriCorps crew members. The Crew Leader serve as a motivator, leader, supervisor, guide, role model, and mentor to the AmeriCorps members and is responsible for the crew’s overall service performance and safety. The Crew Leader is the primary point of contact for communications and plans related to the overall crew and AmeriCorps members for internal and external staff and partners and reports to the PowerCorpsPHL Assistant Director for Programming.

Project Coordinator
The PowerCorpsPHL Project Coordinator is responsible for the daily logistics of PowerCorpsPHL crews. The Project Coordinator provides on-site training, direction, and support to PowerCorpsPHL Crew Leaders and corps members. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for each service project, provides quality control oversight, and serves as a Crew Leader in the absence of one. The Project Coordinator reports to the PowerCorpsPHL Project Manager and will spend at least 50% of the time in the field.
