1. Full-time customer service long-term consultant role through EDSI for the PA CareerLink® center on New Hope Street in Norristown. This office works with those that are unemployed, so we are seeking someone who is a recent college grad with strong people skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition to greeting customers, the customer service role (needing to be compassionate) is also responsible for guiding customers and scheduling services. A business student with a desire to work in non-profit or county would be ideal. Good organization, social, and communication skills are required.

2. Full-time County Performance Specialist in our Human Services Building in Norristown is for a business student having the ability to provide a customer service role for those unemployed and disadvantaged (needing to be compassionate) plus a high proficiency with EXCEL to work with large volumes of data and reporting and providing follow-up to those participants in a State program. Good organization, social, and communication skills are required.

3. Unpaid Interns: we also welcome juniors and seniors in undergraduate or graduate studies interested in working in government programs that serve the unemployed for a number of open opportunities at the PA CareerLink® office on New Hope Street and at the Human Services Building on Dekalb Street in Norristown.

There is ample parking and access to public transportation to both of our locations.
