Urban Health Short Courses, June 26-30, 2017, at Drexel’s Dornsife School of Public Health
Four short courses in urban health are being offered at Drexel’s Dornsife School of Public Health, June 26-30, 2017. Early bird registration discount is half-off until April 30th. This is a great opportunity to dive into a public health topic and learn practical skills if your schedule does not allow for full academic term classes. Courses are held every day for one week either in the morning or the afternoon. Please see the attached flyer and our Summer Institute website for more information.
Course topics include:
- Health Impact Assessments and Applied Public Health Research
- Introduction to Multilevel Analysis for Urban Health Research
- What is a Health Department? (for those who want to learn how health departments work and how to collaborate with them)
- Introduction to Bayesian Analysis for Public and Urban Health
