Urban Farm Manager/Educator
Job Description
The Center for Environmental Transformation, a faith-based non-profit located in Camden, NJ seeks an Urban Farm Manager and Educator to further our mission.
Qualifications include the following:
1. Broad farming and/or gardening experience
2. Knowledgeable in seed-to-table curriculum and sustainability issues
3. Effective teacher, with all age groups
4. Effective in community outreach
5. Good Communication Skills, oral and written
6. Good Organizational/Time Management/People Management Skills
7. Grant writing experience
Educational requirements:
At least a BA/BS degree preferred, areas of study include Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, Agricultural Science or a related field, or the equivalent in experience
