The Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC) Summer Youth Employment Program is gearing up for Summer 2022! The Urban Affairs Coalition Summer Youth Employment program provides paid summer job opportunities and internships for youth ages 14-18 through the WorkReady Program.
UAC has been a leader and critical partner to WorkReady Philadelphia, providing Philadelphia teens with their first job, career exposure, resume preparation, interview experience, on-the-job mentoring, and paid, part-time opportunity each summer for more than 30 years.
