Update on Healthy PA Plan
This report from the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center analyzes the new version of Pennsylvania’s Medicaid expansion plan and notes that while about a half-million low-income Pennsylvanians will finally get health care coverage, it is unlikely to be as good as traditional Medicaid, and recipients will have to navigate through a new bureaucracy to get it.
