UWGPSNJ seeks emerging leaders
United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an intensive leadership development program offered to 24 mid-level nonprofit managers who have demonstrated a commitment to the nonprofit sector.
High-achieving nonprofit professionals under the age of 40 are encouraged to apply for a place in this year’s ELP. Participants will attend three highly interactive immersion learning sessions, participate in small learning groups, attend leadership seminars, complete a skills assessment and a multi-rater (360°) feedback assessment, receive individual professional coaching sessions, and have access to peer networking opportunities and follow-up sessions for program alumni.
The deadline to apply is October 1st.
For more information about how to apply for ELP, including eligibility requirements to become a sponsored Leadership Fellow with Hispanics in Philanthropy and Asian American/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, visit here.
