Posted by Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on January 12, 2021
You are invited to attend the Uneven Outcomes in the Labor Market virtual conference being hosted by the Community Development staff from the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland, and Philadelphia, February 1-4, 2021. The conference will convene a diverse network of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to examine inequities in labor market outcomes and explore the policy solutions to address these inequities. The Federal Reserve is interested in understanding disparities in employment, labor force participation, income, and wealth because they may have implications for the growth capacity of the economy, the health of communities, and individual well-being.
