Workshop 1 – Underbanked 101
The goal of this intense 3-hour course is to ensure attendees are familiar with the key concepts and players as well as understand the obstacles and opportunities inherent to working with the underbanked.We will first provide an overview of the market segment, particularly around the topics of size, demographic profiles and behavioral patterns. Subsequently, we will address key products and distribution channels as well as successful risk management models currently used.
