Tutors Needed

YMWIC is in search of Tutors at our Upper Darby and William Penn Chapters
Who we are: The mission of Young Men and Women in Charge (YMWIC) is to empower and prepare economically disadvantaged and historically underrepresented youth to excel and become leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers through academic tutoring, mentoring and financial assistance.
Who are our scholars: Our Scholars are in grades 5 through 12.
Where: We are seeking college students to tutor our Scholars at: Upper Darby High School on Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and Penn Wood Middle School on Tuesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Subjects: Tutoring is needed in the subject areas of Biology, Chemistry, English & Language Arts, and 8th grade and secondary level Math.
When: Tutors are needed immediately!
