Tutor Training Course: Tutoring Digital Literacy with Northstar – Jun 3&17

This course is designed to provide working knowledge of the Northstar platform and incorporating the platform into tutoring work with job seekers and other learners in workforce development and adult education settings. It comprises two weeks of lessons, activities, and a culminating final product (an implementation plan of action) that includes formal instruction in Northstar and best practices for individualized digital literacy engagement with adult learners, as well as one-on-one facilitation with participants catered to their specific tutoring environments.

- Saturday, June 3, 10:00am-1:00pm ET (Intro Session)
- Saturday, June 17, 10:00am-1:00pm ET (Wrap-Up Session)
