Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) Campus Climate Assessment Toolkit
Posted by American Association of Colleges and Universities on October 22, 2024
Is your institution ready to move from collecting campus climate data to taking transformative action? The new Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation™ (TRHT) Campus Climate Assessment Toolkit, is here to help you do just that. This resource is designed to guide you and your institution through meaningful and sustainable change as part of your campus climate assessments.
Why this toolkit matters:
Many institutions conduct campus climate assessments to understand the lived experiences of their community members, but moving from assessment to meaningful, sustainable action can feel overwhelming. That’s where the TRHT Campus Climate Assessment Toolkit comes in.
This toolkit is grounded in the national Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation™ framework that centers truth-telling, deep listening, and authentic relationship-building as the foundation for intentional and sustainable institutional transformation efforts. The toolkit was designed in partnership with the project design team and twenty diverse institutional types to address recurring questions and challenges associated with translating campus climate data into cultural and system change.
