Truancy Department Manager, Women’s Christian Alliance

Summary of Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•Supervising the Case Mangers and Administrative Support staff of the Truancy Department
•Managing overall daily operation of the Truancy Program.
•Planning and implementing procedures to identify and recruit youth and families
•Attending truancy court hearings as need.
•Ensuring that program meets goals and objectives of funder(s) and complies with all state and city mandates/regulations.
•Conducting performance appraisals of assigned staff.
•Developing resources for the program.
•Developing and maintaining relationships with community-based formal and informal supports, i.e., churches schools, residents.

Requirements
•MSW or related field, with a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a community- based family support environment.
